Boom! Finley Passes Business Administration Programme With Distinction

Finley Worden celebrates her Business Adminsitration certificate with Evolve Document Solutions owner Daniel Maddox

Evolve’s very-own Finley Worden is celebrating passing her Level 3 Business Administration programme with Distinction at Runshaw College in Leyland.

Former Penwortham Girls High student Finley received her certificate after a 15-month apprenticeship. She has combined her studies with a full-time job at document management and photocopier servicing company Evolve Document Solutions in Bamber Bridge near Preston.

In the course, Finley demonstrated proficiency in various administrative tasks, including personal and professional development, managing performance, organisational skills, and IT proficiency. The course required a total study time of 350 hours, comprising Teams meetings, projects, assignments, and presentations.

17-year-old Finley said: “I’m thrilled to have completed my apprenticeship at Runshaw College. It’s been hard work, but I’ve learned so much. It has helped me apply my coursework through my day job here at Evolve. I’m grateful for the support of the fantastic Evolve Team, who helped and inspired me every step of the way.”

Finley’s success comes as National Apprentice Week draws to a close. National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) 2024 is the 17th annual celebration of apprenticeships. The week brings together everyone passionate about apprenticeships to celebrate the value, benefit and opportunity that they bring.

Finley joins three other Evolve colleagues in having successfully completed an apprenticeship programme.

Daniel Maddox, owner of Evolve Document Solutions, said: “We’re incredibly proud of Finley. We all know how hard she’s worked. Her commitment to learning and applying her new skills has been evident since she joined us in 2022. She brings so much more to the team than just technical proficiency. I have no doubt that she will continue to excel as a vital member of the Evolve family.

“Several Evolve staff completing apprenticeships underscores the effectiveness of apprenticeship programmes in nurturing talent and fostering professional growth. And Finley’s achievement is a great example.”
