Welcome to the Evolve ‘Race to the Rising Sun’ challenge page.

Here at Evolve, we’re always looking for new ways to keep engaged, active, and connected. And that’s why our virtual walking challenge was born.

What are we doing?

Our team of eight is now on a mission to collectively walk over 11,600 miles, 👀 journeying from Bamber Bridge to Tokyo – the home of Konica Minolta – all while celebrating cultural landmarks, cuisine, and history along the way.

Why are doing this?

This challenge is more than just about steps – it’s about fostering teamwork, promoting mental health, and having fun together. And in a unique twist, each time a team member walks with a friend or family member, they will be able to add their steps to the total, too. 🫶

With each person aiming for 10,000 steps a day, we’re sharing our experiences, from cultural trivia to themed dress-up days, and even food tastings inspired by the places we’re ‘visiting.’
