Sponsorship

At Evolve Document Solutions, we believe businesses should do more than just make money. It should make a difference too.

That’s why we proudly sponsor grassroots sports clubs, community events, and youth development programmes across Lancashire and the North West. Not for headlines. Not for vanity. But because we genuinely care about the communities we live and work in.

More Than a Logo on a Shirt

Fylde Rugby Club (www.fylderugby.co.uk) has revealed Evolve Document Solutions (www.evolvedocumentsolutions.co.uk) as the new First Team shirt sponsor for the new National League 2 North 2024/25 season.

There’s something special about seeing your name on a First XV shirt – especially when it’s a club as storied and respected as Fylde Rugby Club.

For the 2024/25 National League 2 North season, Evolve Document Solutions is proud to be the official First Team shirt sponsor. It’s more than a logo on a jersey – it’s a shared belief in teamwork, community, and pushing for better, both on and off the pitch.

Fylde isn’t just any rugby club. It’s a cornerstone of the local sporting scene with a history stretching back over a century. The club plays a vital role in developing talent, inspiring young players, and keeping rugby at the heart of its community.

Daniel Maddox, Evolve’s founder and managing director, said: “Seeing the Evolve logo on those shirts is a proper pinch-me moment. We’re proud to stand alongside a club that’s ambitious, welcoming, and woven into local life.”

The sponsorship is part of a broader commercial partnership that helps fund not only First Team performance but also supports the club’s community outreach, youth development, and the ongoing upkeep of facilities.

Anthony Hoskisson, Chairman of Fylde Rugby Club, said: “Daniel’s support will make a huge contribution in helping us achieve our goals both on and off the field. We’re proud to wear the Evolve name on our shirts.”

We’ve even donated a copier to the club’s Community Foundation as part of our Copiers for Causes initiative – another small way to make a big difference.

Together, we’re showing what a modern sponsorship looks like – collaborative, creative, and grounded in shared values. And who knows? Maybe a bit of Evolve magic will help Fylde go all the way this season.

Great Harwood Cricket Club

Supporting the Next Generation

Evolve’s sponsorship of Great Harwood Cricket Club’s ground started in 2021. It’s now known as Evolve Document Solutions Cliffe Park.

That support helps the club run junior cricket programmes, host community events, and invest in better facilities. Five years in, it’s become part of who we are. And we’re still going strong.

Our Big Day Out: The Evolve Charity Golf Day

Evolve Golf DayEvery summer, we take a break from printers and paperwork for something a bit different – the Evolve Charity Golf Day.

Now in its fifth year, it’s grown into a much-loved fixture on the local business and sports calendar. We bring together clients, friends, suppliers, and the odd sporting legend for a cracking day of golf, banter, and fundraising.

And it’s not just about who sinks the longest putt.

So far, the event has raised over £25,000 for a range of local causes – from youth mental health charities to grassroots sports projects. Every year, the bar gets raised a little higher (and not just the one in the clubhouse).

We sponsor the day ourselves, cover the costs, and make sure every penny raised goes straight to the charities. No fluff. No fuss. Just a good day doing good things with good people.

Our favourite reminder that business and sponsorship can – and should – be a force for something bigger than itself.

“It’s not just a golf day. It’s a statement about the kind of business we want to be.” – Daniel Maddox, Owner, Evolve Document Solutions

Supporting Grassroots Football at Cadley FC

Cadley FCWe’re also proud to have our name on the shirt sleeves of Cadley FC – one of Preston’s most respected grassroots football clubs.

Our sponsorship of Cadley FC isn’t just about football – it’s a community hub. The club runs 38 teams, from Under-6s to veterans, with opportunities for boys, girls, women, and over-35s to train and play. They’ve won multiple awards and are recognised as an FA Charter Standard Community Club, which speaks volumes about the quality of coaching and care they provide.

When the time came to replace kits for all 38 teams, the club turned to local businesses for support. We were more than happy to help.

“We were thrilled when four corporate sponsors agreed to fund new Macron kits for our 38 teams,” said Cadley’s kit man Dave Burrow.
“Without their support and contribution, we could not achieve what we do.
The club and its members are incredibly grateful to Lantei, Nugent Sante, Evolve and Vuetek for this four-year sponsorship.”

It’s a small patch on the sleeve, but a big gesture from the heart. We’re chuffed to be part of Cadley’s journey – helping young players thrive and giving back to a club that’s doing brilliant things on and off the pitch.

Helping Clubs Thrive

Evolve at HopFestWhether it’s football with Cadley FC in Preston, gin glasses at Hopfest with Preston Grasshoppers, or raising over £25,000 through our annual Charity Golf Day – our focus is always the same: get stuck in, do some good, and enjoy the ride.

At Christmas we’re proud to donate selection boxes at Christmas to Galloways Sight Loss Charity, Ribbleton Junior FC for their Christmas and the AFC Fylde Christmas Toy appeal.

We don’t do flash. We do friendly. And we love seeing our name on something that matters – whether that’s a cricket scoreboard, a match-day shirt, or a Copa glass full of locally-poured gin.

Why do We Do It?

We’re a Lancashire-based business. We don’t have a sales team. We grow through trust, word of mouth, and doing the right thing.

And doing the right thing means helping keep community sport alive. Giving young people more chances. And saying yes when others might not bother.

In a nutshell? Backing local sport, community spirit, and future potential.

Evolve Document Solutions. Built on trust. Proud to give back.
