What do Helping Hands need documents for?
Well, I’m a systems girl. We have systems and procedures for everything. We’re very old school here – I like pencil and paper. We have documents for client guidance and scheduling. Everything is paper-driven, apart from the invoicing.
What’s the biggest challenge with all those documents?
I don’t have any problems with my documents! We have good systems for storing them. I’m just glancing at the Konica Minolta [photocopier] in the corner, which is critical to our survival here.
