We provide military-grade security of your data in our UK-based data centres, coupled with comprehensive auditing and flexible retention policies that help you comply with regulations such as GDPR.

Agility works on any multifunctional device; scanned documents are automatically converted to searchable PDFs and a feature that’s quite unique.
Custom index fields make it easy to access documents as the key licence holder. The software also gives the ability to upload and index files that are already on computer.
Licences are purchased per user and start from as little as £25 per month, based on an upload of 1000 pages per month.
You will still be able to upload data on an unlimited basis, which will subsequently be invoiced as per our fees.
There is absolutely no contact with Agility and no cancellation fee. It’s simply a month-by-month rolling agreement that can be cancelled at any time by giving 30 days’ notice.
Our technicians will visit your premises to install the app on your multifunctional device. The web-based software does not require installation and will work on any modern-day browser with access to the internet, meaning that a user has access anywhere and at any time of the day or night. The licence is linked to a user and their devices.
A company administrator will be assigned who will have the ability to very quickly add or delete users.
Full training on how to get the best out of the Agility app will be provided by our technicians on installation.
