Why does my paper curl up when it comes out of the copier?

Your paper will be cold or damp you should try to store it in a dry warm place and always where possible use a full ream.

When I use thick paper the print rubs off..?

You need to change the paper tray settings to match the paper weights. For example Thick 1,2 or 3, please also ensure the print driver is also matching the same weight.

My machine shows the message “waste box full” should I empty it?

No, never try to empty a waste box, your service provider will replace this and fit it for you.
